NASHVILLE, Tennessee (May 12, 2026) – Pape-Dawson is pleased to announce the promotion of Wes Harris, P.E., RLS, to Senior Vice President.

With more than two decades in the industry, Wes brings a unique perspective as both a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Surveyor. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has played a central role in advancing residential and commercial developments throughout Tennessee, guiding projects from early due diligence through permitting and final delivery.

Based in Nashville, Wes leads the Tennessee Residential Land Development team, where he directs multidisciplinary staff and oversees project strategy, client engagement, and regulatory coordination. Known for his practical approach and technical depth, he has built a reputation for navigating approvals efficiently, optimizing project value, and serving as a trusted advocate for clients before municipal and state agencies.

Wes is actively engaged in the profession through his involvement with the National Society of Professional Surveyors and the Tennessee Association of Professional Surveyors, supporting industry standards and mentorship.

As Senior Vice President, Wes will continue to expand Pape-Dawson’s presence in Tennessee through building upon decades of client trust while mentoring the firm’s next generation of engineers and surveyors.
