Lookout Canyon

Pape-Dawson completed a Section 404 Pre-Construction Notification for a Nationwide Permit 39 for the proposed Lookout Canyon development in north San Antonio within the Selma Creek watershed. Our configuration reduces potential of future erosion in the tributary, with a channel design holding the 100-year floodplain within reestablished banks and vegetative mitigation along the new intersection.
