Rogers Ranch
Rogers Ranch is an 1,800-acre gated community, comprised of low, medium, and high-density residential, high-end custom home sites, a school site, and multiple commercial businesses.
In addition to thousands of single-family lots, Pape-Dawson designed a major thoroughfare as the spine of the development with alternate pathways throughout, connecting commercial and residential developments in a pedestrian-friendly environment. Drainage structures and streets were designed to align with the natural topography. Services included utility design and coordination, street and drainage system planning, and construction administration.

Rogers Ranch is an 1,800-acre gated community along Salado Creek in north San Antonio. Pape-Dawson’s surveyors conducted topographic surveys to gather elevation data, and presented them as contour lines that reflect the natural and man-made features of the community. For the last two decades, we have also completed boundary surveys for subdivision plats and construction staking for the streets, water, and sewer lines within this development.
