Memorial Mud Pedestrian Bridge

Pape-Dawson (as 7gen Planning) was selected by the Memorial Municipal Utility District (MUD) board to provide a pedestrian crossing for a 200′ wide Harris County Flood Control District channel to link neighborhoods and create a safe route for children to school. Our team provided initial crossing location options, and conceptual design plans were presented to the District. We worked with the MUD board, structural engineering team, and civil engineering team to prepare final alignments, aesthetics, lighting, landscape elements, and amenities including seating and signage.
