New Braunfels, Texas (April 29, 2025) – Pape-Dawson is proud to announce the promotion of Jocelyn Perez, P.E., to Senior Vice President. Jocelyn joined Pape-Dawson in 2002 and has 22 years of experience, specializing in residential and commercial land development. Her extensive local knowledge and ability to forge lasting relationships in communities along the IH 35 Corridor have helped establish Pape-Dawson’s reputation as a leader in the AEC industry across South and Central Texas.

 

Throughout her career, Jocelyn has led planning, design, construction, and permitting for numerous industrial, commercial, single-family, and roadway projects along the IH-35 corridor between San Antonio and Austin. Her work has helped shape some of the region’s most recognizable developments, like the 2,000-acre Veramendi development, Purlsong, Redbird Ranch, Cottonwood Creek, Whisper Falls, and many others.

 

Jocelyn plays an essential role in overseeing design teams at the New Braunfels office. She is a respected leader and mentor for the team and a dependable advisor and advocate for her clients across the public and private sectors.
