Pape-Dawson’s expansion in Tennessee includes the addition of RaganSmith’s Chattanooga office. Established in 2012, the Chattanooga office operates out of the historic Choo Choo Terminal Station and embraces the spirit of this iconic location, blending tradition with progress. Carrying forward Pete Ragan and Sid Smith’s vision, this team approaches each project with dependability and a focus on positive community impact. The Chattanooga team provides a spectrum of services including land planning, survey, civil engineering, transportation design, environmental engineering, landscape architecture, sustainable design and construction inspection.

The Bend Chattanooga project exemplifies the team’s passion for enhancing public spaces and improving a community’s quality of life. Giving back to the community is an integral part of who we are.  Chattanooga Parks & Recreation Park Steward Volunteer Program, Grateful Chattanooga Thanksgiving Mission, CHI Memorial Mary Ellen Locher Breast Center, and American Heart Association are a few of the organizations that our Chattanooga team supports.
