CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee (May 19, 2026) – Pape-Dawson is pleased to announce the promotion of Colin Johnson, P.E., to Senior Vice President.

Colin brings more than two decades of experience in civil engineering. Since joining our Tennessee team in 2016, he has played a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects across municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. His work spans Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida, including experience supporting multiple state Departments of Transportation and local municipalities.

His background in both engineering consulting and construction equips him with a well-rounded perspective on project delivery. By integrating technical design with practical construction insight, Colin helps clients navigate challenges while maintaining efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

In addition to his project work, Colin is actively involved in industry and community organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), Urban Land Institute (ULI) East Tennessee, and the Chattanooga Homebuilders Association.
