Property Assessment Report
Pape-Dawson’s environmental team conducted an affected property assessment to assess potential impacts to soils or groundwater within the shot-fall zone of this four-acre, former shooting range site. The investigation included soil borings, semi-permanent monitoring wells, and surface and sediment water samples from an on-site pond. After determining remediation was necessary, Pape-Dawson directed the excavation of the surface and waste classification activities.
