Stevens Ranch Habitat
Conservation Plan

Stevens Ranch is a 2,097-acre mixed-use development with major thoroughfares and commercial and single-family residential developments. Pape-Dawson was responsible for preparing the habitat conservation plan and an application for a Section 10(a) permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife service. The plan and permit were needed to address potential impact to the endangered species living in caves in the proposed development area.
