Brooks
Pape-Dawson has served as civil engineer for Brooks (previously known as Brooks City-Base) since 2003. We have led a multidisciplinary team of design professionals, including several subconsultants, in the redevelopment of this 1,300-acre property formerly owned by the United States Air Force. Since the original master plan was developed, our team has helped Brooks Development Authority successfully convert the property to a campus where more than 3,000 people live, work, learn, and play. The development includes office space, hotels, a hospital, manufacturing and warehouse sites, and retail.
We continue to assist staff with evaluating economic development opportunities and preparing civil engineering design plans for critical infrastructure needed to support continued growth.
