Canopy Riverwalk

Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering, surveying, and environmental services on the Canopy Riverwalk by Hilton, a 24-story hotel in downtown San Antonio at the corner of Commerce Street and St. Mary’s Street. Pape-Dawson has provided project management, preliminary plan review meetings, and project support services for the project. These services also have included tree affidavit submission, a stormwater management plan, traffic impact analysis, Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) stormwater pollution prevention plan, civil plan preparation, CPS Energy duct bank and vault design, construction phase services, and utility service easements.
