Pape-Dawson provided platting, utility coordination, archaeological services, and civil design for the 20-story Thompson Hotel — a luxury lifestyle hotel that redefined the downtown San Antonio skyline.

The hotel features 162 guest rooms and 58 luxury condominiums and is located adjacent to the San Antonio Riverwalk, across from the Tobin Center. It features Riverwalk access, a world-class restaurant, event space, spa, and fitness center.
