The Shops at LA Cantera

Pape-Dawson provided design and civil engineering support for this 150-acre high-end retail development. The development is located over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone and involved extensive environmental permit support. The civil construction package exceeded $22M with an overall project value approaching $200M. In addition to typical civil engineering support, our team provided landscape support that included landscape master plan development, construction documents, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) support, and pedestrian flow.
