Tobin Center
The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts is a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose, 1,738-seat performance hall located downtown in the San Antonio Municipal Auditorium, situated on the San Antonio River.
Pape-Dawson provided civil design, including site development plans, a flood study, platting and permitting, grading and drainage design, stormwater pollution prevention and stormwater management plans, a traffic and parking study, utility coordination and design, and bid and construction phase services. We also conducted a boundary, topographic, and improvement survey.
