T.J. Maxx Distribution Center
Pape-Dawson was the civil engineer for the $150M, 1.2-million SF T.J. Maxx Distribution Center, located on 200 acres. We provided engineering for all site infrastructure, regional traffic impact analysis, and construction administration for adjoining TxDOT roadway improvements.
We also supported an industrial district non-annexation agreement with the City of San Antonio and Bexar County, a Section 381 county tax abatement, land transactions, conservation easement with the Texas Land Conservancy, and transfer of a 4-mile hike and bike trail easement to the city.
