Our team provided design, permitting, and construction management services for a long haul route between Lubbock, TX and Albuquerque, NM, including a metro ring around Albuquerque suburbs. The 350-mile route used GIS-based construction tracking, including a live map and dashboard for real-time progress monitoring. Field staffing included 20 inspectors and two resident project engineers who reported to a single project manager.
