Frost Bank Center
Pape-Dawson was instrumental in the redevelopment of the Frost Bank Center (formerly AT&T Center), home to fan-favorite music and sports events throughout the year. Critical to this project’s success was our extensive coordination with various public and private stakeholders, each with unique goals and requirements.
Civil engineering services for this site were challenging since the development had uncharted and complex underground infrastructure. We provided significant planning to supply dual-feed services for both electric and data reliability needs during events.
We completed all tasks under an aggressive schedule, including surveying and right-of-way mapping, site infrastructure design, and utility design and relocation. Tasks also included drainage design, water and sanitary sewer improvements, a stormwater pollution prevention plan, parking improvements, and construction administration activities.
