Williams Trace

Williams Trace is a 144-acre, 577-lot single-family development northeast of Houston in Magnolia. Pape-Dawson designed all three sections of the development, as well as a lift station, and conducted a project-wide drainage study, boundary surveys, platting, and construction staking.
