As the owner’s representative, our construction management team is supported by full-service, in-house professionals of design engineers, surveyors, and environmental specialists.

Inspection Services
We provide inspection services for a variety of infrastructure projects including roadways, water transmission lines, pump stations, above-ground and ground storage tanks, drainage structures, wastewater interceptors, treatment facilities, and storm drainage facilities.

Alliance Regional Water Authority Phase 1B
As the Owner’s Representative, Pape-Dawson is providing construction management, inspection, and commissioning services for this multi-project program which includes 85 miles of water pipeline spanning across Caldwell, Guadalupe, and Hays Counties.
CoSA Public Works – Construction Inspection Task Order
Pape-Dawson has been providing construction management services for the City of San Antonio Public Works Department, acting as a liaison between contractors and City staff.
Kendall County WCID #3A
Pape-Dawson routinely provides inspection services to independent utility districts across Texas. WCID #3A located in Kendall County is one of those districts which includes 374 acres of mixed-use development.
Vista Ridge Regional Water Supply Project
Pape-Dawson effectively provided Owner’s Representative services in the successful on-time delivery of this 142-mile water pipeline spanning 7 counties, crossing 3 major rivers, and involving over 500 parcels of land.
