Pape-Dawson provided Owner’s Representative Services for the construction of 142 miles of 54” and 60” pipeline from Burleson County to Bexar County, 6 miles of well collection lines, and three pump station facilities.
The Pape-Dawson team performed daily observation and provided reports on all construction packages, managed all aspects of testing, developed the start-up and commissioning plan, responded to requests for information, and prepared record drawings. The project often had nine active construction sites operating at the same time for which Pape-Dawson provided seamless inspection and administration. Our team maintained consistent communication with the client, landowners, construction crews, construction administrators, and multiple design engineers.
Our efforts were critical to delivering this project on time and in budget in April of 2020.
