Pape-Dawson served as the civil engineer for a 762,000 SF cross-dock Core5 warehouse in Dallas County, providing public roadway and utility improvements.
Heatherwilde Industrial Complex
Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering and permitting services for this two-phase, 27-acre project, which includes three light industrial buildings intended for mixed office and warehouse use.
HEB Retail Support Center
In 2011, Pape-Dawson led the master planning process and since then, has performed multiple warehouse expansions for this HEB manufacturing and goods distribution facility in Houston.
Navistar
Pape-Dawson completed the site mass grading and is assisting with the completion of the civil construction plans for the 950,000-SF Navistar Assembly Plant.
Niagara Bottling Plant

T.J. MAXX Distribution Center
As the civil engineer for this project, a 1.2 million SF warehouse on 200 acres in southeast San Antonio, we advocated for a non-annexation agreement with the City of San Antonio and Bexar County.
Toyota Motors Manufacturing Plant
Our engineers completed site design and civil construction plans for this state-of-the-art, 1.8 million SF plant south of San Antonio. It was the first of its kind in Texas to include an on-site suppliers’ facility.
