Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering and permitting services for this 27-acre, two-phase project in Pflugerville. The project includes three light industrial buildings intended for mixed-office and warehouse use and a future phase for a fourth light industrial building.
Our services provided a modified traffic impact analysis, conceptual planning and site layout, preliminary plan and permitting, platting, drainage, easements, a Unified Development Agreement, public utility extensions, and future construction phase services.
Pape-Dawson also permitted driveways and utility crossings with TxDOT and Oncor Energy Right of Way Group, and coordinated easement vacations with Oncor Energy and Manville Water Supply.
