Pape-Dawson served as the civil engineer for a 762,000 SF cross-dock Core5 warehouse in Dallas County, providing public roadway and utility improvements. Roadway design services included the replacement of existing roadway and left turn lane median cuts. We also designed and managed the construction of water lines as a parallel line to provide water service for the development and adjacent properties.
