Niagara Bottling Plant

Pape-Dawson partnered with the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation, the City of Seguin, and Niagara Bottling executives to evaluate three potential development sites for this plant.

Once the site was chosen, we prepared grading, drainage, and utility plans for a 557,560 SF manufacturing building, 98 truck dock stations, trailer and employee parking, and secured access points for the selected 30-acre industrial site north of Seguin.

Design and construction were successfully completed within 1 year, allowing Niagara Bottling to begin production on schedule.
