Domain South End District is a proposed 30-acre, high-end mixed-use development located just off Burnet Road in north Austin. It is a trendy local shopping hub, where Austinites can shop where they live, and play where they shop.
Pape-Dawson is involved in the project’s master planning and is providing civil engineering, surveying, and permitting services for this project, which includes multiple future pad sites. A major challenge for this project is working around the existing site constraints and infrastructure.
Our services include successfully replatting the property, coordinating phased easement recordation and easement vacations across the site, conceptual planning and site layout, traffic impact analysis, tree and topographic surveys, drainage, easements, public utility extensions, permitting, and future construction phase services.
