Pape-Dawson’s civil engineering services included master planning, design services, site layout, platting and rezoning, a utility service agreement from the San Antonio Water System, a water pollution abatement plan to comply with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requirements, compliance with a City tree ordinance, floodplain analysis, and a stormwater pollution prevention plan.
Additionally, Pape-Dawson provided a fire protection site plan, flow calculations, grading and drainage plans, utility plans, design of a connector roadway, and multiple construction phase services.

Pape-Dawson completed planning, design, and construction administration of utilities, streets, and drainage system for this urban 460-acre mixed-use development located along the rim of a former quarry.
