The Alamo Quarry Market is a 460-acre mixed-use development located along the rim of a former quarry 5 miles north of downtown San Antonio. It includes multi-family residential, retail, and office space.
Pape-Dawson completed all civil engineering design for the project. We also provided platting, prepared conceptual and initial costing plans for the development, and prepared schematics illustrating the visual impact of the proposed development in relation to existing structures and features.
