Pape-Dawson Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Edmondson, P.E., to Vice President. Ms. Edmondson will continue to lead land development projects in the Houston region as she takes on this new role in the firm.

 

Ms. Edmondson joined Pape-Dawson in 2003 and was the first employee added to Pape-Dawson’s Houston team when the firm expanded to the region in 2009. During her time with the firm, Ms. Edmondson has successfully provided feasibility analyses on residential land development projects; construction cost estimates; Municipal Utility District creation and consultation; construction management; permitting; and design of roadway, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure. She has been involved in every single-family residential community Pape-Dawson has engineered in Houston. Some of her most recent notable projects include Forbes Crossing and Sunset Crossing. Ms. Edmondson also led Pape-Dawson’s effort to create two new utility districts and managed the installation of the initial public water system for the City of Arcola.

Ms. Edmondson earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2003. She is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.
