Andrew Belton, P.E. Promoted to Vice President
San Antonio, Texas (March 27, 2024) – Pape-Dawson Engineers announces the promotion of Andrew Belton, P.E. to Vice President. Mr. Belton has 15 years of experience in civil engineering and specializes in land development, including coordination, planning, construction administration, and design for commercial, industrial, and large-lot residential projects.
Throughout his career, Mr. Belton has contributed to the successful design of several high-profile San Antonio projects, including The Pearl expansion, Navistar Assembly Plant, IDV Industrial Park, and numerous multi-family developments. He is currently leading his team in the design of several large data centers and the new JCB Equipment Factory on the city’s south side.
As Vice President, Mr. Belton will maintain a focus on local land development projects while taking on additional leadership responsibilities.
