San Antonio, Texas (May 14, 2025) – Pape-Dawson is proud to announce the promotion of Becky Carroll, P.E., to Senior Vice President. Becky has been an integral part of the Pape-Dawson team since 2000, bringing over 26 years of experience in civil engineering and leadership to our team.
Throughout her tenure, Becky has led the design and execution of high-impact residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects across Central Texas. Her leadership has been vital to Pape-Dawson’s ability to garner long-term client trust in Bexar County and build presence in surrounding areas of Comal County, Bulverde, Cibolo, Cedar Park, Kyle, and Buda. Becky is also collaborating closely with our partners at Poulos & Bennett to expand our market share in Florida.
Beyond project execution, Becky is committed to promoting education and professional development for future engineers. She leads Pape-Dawson’s Engineering Foundations Program for Engineer-in-Training (EIT) professionals in San Antonio. She has been a member of the University of Texas at Austin’s External Advisory Committee for the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering since 2020 and will chair the committee for the 2025-2026 term. She currently serves as the Executive Sponsor for Pape-Dawson’s Ambassador Team at the University of Texas at Austin. Becky is an active member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE), where she previously served as President of the Bexar Chapter and Director for the state board.
