San Antonio, TX – (November 15, 2023), Pape-Dawson Engineers announces the promotion of Chris Noe, P.E., PMP to Managing Vice President, Project Delivery. Mr. Noe joined Pape-Dawson in 2015 and has 27 years of construction experience in water and wastewater projects.

“Mr. Noe has been instrumental in the development of Pape-Dawson’s Project Delivery team,” says Cara Tackett, P.E., LEED AP, Managing Principal, Water Resources. “He has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to deliver high-impact programs through exceptional attention to client needs and goals, and in alignment with Pape-Dawson’s core values. I’m excited to see him continue this growth trajectory for the firm.”
