Colin Helffrich, P.E. Promoted to Vice President
Dallas, TX – (December 13, 2022) Pape-Dawson Engineers has promoted Colin Helffrich, P.E. to Vice President. Mr. Helffrich has over 15 years of experience in civil engineering design and residential land development. As Vice President, he will oversee several project teams responsible for residential development projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Mr. Helffrich’s areas of expertise include feasibility, land acquisition analysis, residential design, project management, and construction administration. He has been instrumental in the success of several noteworthy projects including Richwoods master planned community and Mustang Lakes, a national award-winning master planned community in Celina, Texas.

Mr. Helffrich holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Arkansas. He is a member of the Young Professionals Group with the Dallas Builders Association and Residential Strategies, Inc.
