Hayden Fowlkes, P.E. Promoted to Associate Vice President
New Braunfels, TX – (October 4, 2022) Pape-Dawson Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of Hayden Fowlkes to Associate Vice President. Mr. Fowlkes has nearly a decade of experience in civil engineering design with a focus on residential land development projects.
His resume includes notable masterplanned residential developments such as the Meyer Ranch, Redbird Ranch, and Mayfair. His areas of expertise include planning, due diligence, construction administration, and project management.
Mr. Fowlkes’ level of client care is second to none and has been instrumental in maintaining relationships with valued clients along the IH35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio. His integrity and standard of excellence have contributed to many successful projects for Pape-Dawson.

Mr. Fowlkes holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is involved in the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of the Greater New Braunfels Leadership Development Program.
