Jason Johnson, P.E., ENV SP Hired as Vice President, District Services
Houston, Texas (March 7, 2024) – Pape-Dawson Engineers announces the hiring of Jason Johnson, P.E., ENV SP as Vice President, District Services. Mr. Johnson brings 28 years of experience in transportation, land development, and municipal utility districts (MUDs) to Pape-Dawson.
In his previous roles, Mr. Johnson provided leadership for several large teams working on numerous master-planned communities in the Houston area. He has extensive experience with agency coordination including the City of Houston, Harris County, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and the Public Utility Commission (PUC) of Texas.
In his new role as Vice President, District Services, Mr. Johnson will focus on serving mature MUDs in the Houston region, providing exceptional client care, and leading the development of capital improvement plans (CIPs) for repairs and expansions needed to support resilient infrastructure for our communities.
Mr. Johnson maintains an active role in the Houston engineering community. He regularly attends TCEQ Bond Stakeholder Group meetings, is involved with the American Water Works Association (AWWA), is a member of the Association of Water Board Directors (AWBD) Lead and Copper Task Force, and is part of the ACEC Houston Design Standards/Plan Review (DSPR) committee.
