Pape-Dawson Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of Jocelyn Perez, P.E., LEED AP as Newest Vice President in New Braunfels office

 

New Braunfels, TX – (Nov. 19, 2021) Pape-Dawson Engineers has promoted Jocelyn Perez, P.E., LEED AP to Vice President. Ms. Perez has more than 20 years of civil engineering project experience and will continue to lead land development projects in the New Braunfels region as she takes on this new role.

 

Since joining Pape-Dawson in 2002, Ms. Perez has successfully designed and managed many large-scale multi-family residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects. She was instrumental in the planning and execution of two major master-planned communities in the New Braunfels region: the 2,400-acre Veramendi development, and the 1,900-acre Mayfair development. As a testament to her technical expertise within the industry, she was recently selected by the Planning and Development Services Director to be the sole engineer representative on the City of New Braunfels Advisory Committee for the creation of the City’s Unified Development Code.

In addition to supporting the growth of New Braunfels through quality civil design, Ms. Perez is heavily involved in local community initiatives. She is a graduate and former Fundraising Committee co-chair of Leadership New Braunfels and was a member of the Youth Leadership New Braunfels Selection Committee.

 

Ms. Perez holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Advanced Professional.
