Keith Ikels Hired as Vice President, Information Technology
San Antonio, TX – (March 23, 2023) Pape-Dawson Engineers is excited to announce the hiring of Keith Ikels as Vice President, Information Technology. Mr. Ikels joins Pape-Dawson with more than 36 years of experience in the information technology field. In his role, he will manage the structure of data centers, storage, telecom, and networking. He will also lead efforts on application administration and development; the IT service desk; and management of products, data, and projects.
Mr. Ikels has an extensive background in information security, program management, regulatory compliance, financial management, vendor relationships, and mergers and acquisitions. He has held several key leadership positions throughout his career, including executive IT roles for USAA. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Officer for Sirius Computer Solutions.

Mr. Ikels earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Trinity University. He is a member of the Trinity University Technology Advisory Council and has previously served as President of the Board at Marion Independent School District. He is a former member of the Association of Continuity Planners and Help Desk Institute.
