Mashhood Shah, P.E. Promoted to Managing Vice President, Transportation
Houston, Texas (June 27, 2024) – Pape-Dawson Engineers announces the promotion of Mashhood Shah, P.E. to Managing Vice President, Transportation. Mr. Shah joined Pape-Dawson in 2015 and has 33 years of experience in planning, organizing, and supervising the design of transportation projects. His expertise includes the preparation of feasibility studies; schematic and final design of roadways; traffic control plans; drainage, storm, and sanitary sewer system design; and water line design.
Along with extensive experience serving municipal and county clients, Mr. Shah leads several active transportation projects with multiple TxDOT Districts, including Austin, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Yoakum. Most recently, his experience contributed to Pape-Dawson being awarded our fifth consecutive San Antonio District Indefinite Deliverable S/E contract.
In his new role, Mr. Shah will continue to lead Pape-Dawson’s Houston Transportation teams and serve as the Schematic/Environmental (S/E) Practice Leader.
