Matt B. Garcia Promoted to Senior Vice President
Dallas, TX – (November 28, 2023), Pape-Dawson Engineers announces the promotion of Matt B. Garcia to Senior Vice President. Mr. Garcia joined Pape-Dawson in 2018 and has 30 years of experience in business development, operations, and strategic client relations in the engineering industry, where he held leadership roles in several global organizations before joining Pape-Dawson.
Mr. Garcia’s leadership at Pape-Dawson can be measured by the new clients we have added, especially in North Texas. He has served as Client Relations Manager on several infrastructure programs, including the Riverbend Water Resources District (RWRD) program, the City of Sherman Infrastructure Program, and the Tarrant Regional Water District Integrated Pipeline Program. These programs are focused on ensuring adequate infrastructure is in place to support future growth in North and Northeast Texas.
Mr. Garcia has supported several company-wide initiatives for Pape-Dawson’s Water Resources team, including building out annual strategic vision and planning development, recruiting top talent, and providing direction for the team’s brand and image. He is also active in the Water Community in Texas and is involved in several organizations, including WEAT, ACEC, APWA, TWCA, CMAA, TCWA, and AWWA.
