Pape-Dawson Engineers is pleased to announce the hire of Mickey Marlow, P.E. as Vice President of Texas Transportation Programs. In this role, Mr. Marlow will assist in growing Pape-Dawson’s statewide transportation initiatives and team strategies.
Mr. Marlow has spent the last 35 years working in contract management, transportation project management (including planning, design, and construction), bridge and construction inspection, and owner verification representation. He has extensive experience in operations management, transportation and traffic engineering, schematic and environmental document development and approval, PS&E development, and building site management and engineering.
Much of Mr. Marlow’s experience comes from his 28-year career with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), where he led numerous projects ranging from interchange and large complex freeway design and rehabilitation to rural roadway widening. In 2001 and 2002, Mr. Marlow was the recipient of the Commitment to Design Excellence Award from the TxDOT Design Division.

Mr. Marlow earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Midwestern State University in 2007. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and Oklahoma.
