Raymond Suire, J.D. Hired as Senior Vice President and General Counsel
San Antonio, TX – (September 13, 2023) Pape-Dawson Engineers, LLC is excited to announce the hiring of Raymond Suire, J.D., as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Suire joins Pape-Dawson with 29 years of experience practicing law and providing legal guidance to corporations in the engineering and construction industry. As General Counsel, Mr. Suire will provide corporate governance, litigation management, enterprise strategic planning, and risk management to ensure success on projects as Pape-Dawson continues to expand in size and depth of professional services.
Mr. Suire earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. He has an extensive history with several respected organizations from the AmLaw 100-rated Akin Gump law firm to a long career with both Bechtel Corporation and Texas-based Zachry Group. His impressive portfolio of experience includes General Counsel experience, as well as transactional experience with deal formation, partnership development, and negotiation of industrial-scale engineering and construction projects throughout the United States and abroad.
