Robert Singer, P.E., CFM, Hired as Vice President, Commercial Land Development
Dallas, Texas (October 19, 2023) – Pape-Dawson Engineers, LLC announces the hiring of Robert Singer, P.E., CFM, as Vice President, Commercial Land Development in our Dallas office. Mr. Singer joins Pape-Dawson with 32 years of civil engineering experience in operational and technical roles.
Mr. Singer has a diverse civil engineering background that includes industrial, commercial, and residential land development, water and wastewater, dam safety, utility infrastructure, roadway, renewable energy, oil and gas, mining and minerals, aviation, and environmental experience.
He has recently designed, permitted, and entitled an 80-million-dollar, multi-modal industrial rail development, provided expert testimony for drainage projects, managed a land development office, and provided financial, technical, and quality oversight for a wide variety of projects throughout the United States.
