Pape-Dawson performed environmental services on 2 acres of the Cole Ranch property, including an affected property assessment to determine options for closure of a dip vat site. Assessment activities included soil borings, analysis of an existing groundwater monitoring well, stockpile sampling, and collection of soil and groundwater samples to analyze for arsenic.
