Pape-Dawson will be providing right-of-way acquisition services that include negotiation, relocation and condemnation to the TxDOT Austin District.
The project includes the acquisition of 50 parcels along the IH35 Capex Central from Holly Street south to the US290/SH71 split, adding two non-tolled-high occupancy vehicle managed lanes in each direction along I-35 from US 290 East to SH 71/Ben White Boulevard, and will also reconstruct east-west cross-street bridges, add pedestrian and bicycle paths, and make additional safety and mobility improvements within the project limits.
