North Tarrant Expressway

In addition to providing program oversight, Pape-Dawson is coordinating and acquiring right of entry (ROE), developing a GIS dashboard to monitor and display ROW acquisition, and producing surveying packages on 42 parcels for the purpose of ROW acquisition. Our team is also coordinating closely with TxDOT appraisers/acquisition teams to produce a TxDOT ROW map.

Vista Ridge Regional Water Supply Project (Easements and Facility Sites)

Pape-Dawson evaluated more than 550 parcels, resulting in 511 easement acquisitions to support this public water supply infrastructure project. Our team oversaw and managed the entire process, including coordination of right of entry, surveying, land acquisition agents, appraisers, and attorneys.
