Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering and surveying services for this 280,000 SF PK-12 facility located on a 34-acre campus. This aggressive design-build project provides facilities for 2,000 students that includes a multi-purpose cafeteria, gymnasium, auditorium, swimming pool, outdoor gathering areas, track, and competition football and soccer fields. Our survey team performed a topographic survey for the entire 34-acre site, locating adjoining road features, utilities, and improvements for use during project design.
