Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering and surveying services for this 213-acre property. We were responsible for establishing primary horizontal and vertical site control and QA/QC on LiDAR data, coordinating with the site foreman for on call construction tasks, and supervising the platting process to meet the current requirements of the City of San Marcos and Hays County.
