For this TxDOT project, Pape-Dawson provided deed research and boundary surveys for right-of-way acquisition for a 7.4-mile portion of SH 211, from FM 471 to SH 16. Services included the preparation of individual parcel maps, metes and bounds descriptions, and a complete right-of-way (ROW) map. The new ROW extended through hill country ranches that ranged in size from 90 acres to 4,900 acres, and the individual acquisition parcels ranged in size from 12 acres to 250 acres.
