As civil engineer, Pape-Dawson helped establish a Water Control and Improvement District and developed HEC-HMS hydrologic models and 1D Unsteady HEC-RAS hydraulic models for this 424-acre, 1,152-lot single-family development near Houston. We also provided site grading, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer plans; wetland mapping; pump station configuration; street grading evaluation for extreme event sheet flow; and cost-effective subsurface design.
