San Antonio, Texas (January 8, 2025) – Pape-Dawson Engineers is excited to announce the promotion of Shauna Weaver, P.E., LEED AP BD+C, to Managing Principal, San Antonio. This well-deserved promotion reflects Shauna’s exceptional contributions, unwavering commitment to our core values, and exemplary leadership over her 30-year career with Pape-Dawson.
Shauna has contributed to the success of Pape-Dawson’s most complex and impactful land development projects in the San Antonio region. Her experience, knowledge, and leadership have played a key role in building strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues, and have helped shape Pape-Dawson’s reputation as a leader in the industry.
Beyond her role at Pape-Dawson, Shauna’s leadership extends to the engineering community. She currently serves as the President-Elect for the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE), where she has been an advocate for continuing education, professional development, and community engagement within the engineering field.
In her new role as Managing Principal, San Antonio, Shauna will oversee strategic and operational initiatives for the San Antonio office, ensuring continued excellence in the delivery of services.
