Thomas Ruschkewicz, RPLS, PLS Hired as Senior Vice President, Survey/Geomatics
San Antonio, TX – (September 26, 2023) Pape-Dawson Engineers, LLC announces the hiring of Thomas Ruschkewicz, RPLS, PLS, as Senior Vice President, Survey/Geomatics. Mr. Ruschkewicz joins Pape-Dawson with 30 years of experience in the survey and geospatial industry.
Mr. Ruschkewicz brings a diverse background of experience spanning transportation, water/wastewater, energy services, residential and commercial land development, aviation, and telecommunications. His areas of expertise include operations management, business development strategies, executive program and project management, and contractual negotiations.
In his most recent role, he managed a geospatial division with over 400 staff generating $60M in revenue that provided traditional surveying, subsurface utility engineering, hydrographic surveying, photogrammetric mapping, and mobile/aerial/terrestrial LiDAR services.

Mr. Ruschkewicz is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS), the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS), and a member on the Standing Committee on Geospatial Acquisition Technologies in Design and Construction with the Transportation Research Board.
